1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Pool Cleaning Perth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Australian laws and regulations.

2. Services

Pool Cleaning Perth provides pool cleaning and maintenance services in the Perth metropolitan area, including but not limited to:

  • Regular pool servicing (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
  • Green pool recovery and algae treatment
  • Pool equipment repair and installation
  • Leak detection and repair
  • End of lease pool cleaning
  • Pool heating and lighting installation
  • Pool inspections and condition reports
  • Mineral pool conversions

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50.

5. Service Guarantee

Pool Cleaning Perth strives to provide quality pool service. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

6. Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your pool area for our technicians. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and the work area is accessible. We reserve the right to decline service if access conditions are unsafe.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pool Cleaning Perth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, to the extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Changes to Terms
